Prominent restaurant is part of the Hotel Holiday Inn Brno. It lies close to the Brno Exhibition Centre. The restaurant was opened in 2002 as part of a comprehensive redevelopment area on the ground floor. From the very beginning had ambitions to enter the subconscious experience gastronomy lovers.
The concept of "front-cooking" at the time was unique and the restaurant was a pioneer in this direction in our region. From the beginning it was rather in international cuisine. Over time, however, opted for the Czech and Moravian cuisine.
