Stadler Clarinet Quartet was established in 1994 on the initiative of excellent students and members of the University of Ostrava Janáček Philharmonic Ostrava . Due to its unusual cast using new possibilities of interpretation as original songs and an unlimited number of transcriptions with a focus on Renaissance , Baroque and Classical music , which performed three clarinets and bass clarinet provides a reference of the old masters in modern color concepts. A large part of the repertoire consists of original works by contemporary composers that are specifically designed for these instruments , and jazz composition. In 2006, the quartet recording profile " Stadler Clarinet Quartet live " (for records ) . Since 2003 , when it passed a set of changes in the cast , playing Stadler Clarinet Quartet composed Aleš Pavlorek , Svetoslav Točev , Igor and George Františák Meat .

Martin Gurbal studied singing at the Conservatory in Košice with Ludmila Šomorjaiové and after his first engagement at the Opera State Theatre Košice since 2001, leading soloist of the National Moravian-Silesian Theatre in Ostrava. Simultaneously hosted on other opera houses - the National Theatre in Prague , Brno National Theatre , the Slovak National Theatre in Bratislava, Miskolc Opera or Chamber Opera in Cracow. His operatic repertoire includes more than 25 roles ( such as Sarastro in The Magic Flute, Bartolo in Le Nozze di Figaro or Kecal in The Bartered Bride ) . For the role of Don Giovanni received a nomination for the Thalia Award for 2007.
Martina Gurbaal concert repertoire includes primarily works by Mozart , Haydn , but i A. Dvorak (Stabat Mater, Te Deum and Requiem ), G. Verdi ( Requiem ) , P. Mascagni ( Messa di Gloria ) or L. Janacek ( Glagolitic Mass). In addition, performing song cycles in romantic authors.
